Your rights and our returns process

Your Statutory Rights

Under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel most online orders and receive a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. About This Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.nibash.co.uk, operated by NEXBIX LIMITED (Company No. 16178054). We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and complying with UK consumer protection laws.

2. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2.1 How to Cancel

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

2.2 Cancellation Deadline

The 14-day cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate) physically receives the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

3. Returns Process

3.1 Returning Goods After Cancellation

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at nexbix.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a returns authorisation and return shipping instructions
  3. Package the items securely in their original packaging where possible
  4. Ship the items back to the address we provide, using a tracked delivery service
  5. Retain your proof of postage — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

3.2 Cost of Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • We have agreed otherwise at the time of return authorisation

3.3 Condition of Returned Goods

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — similar to how you would in a shop. If the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling, we may deduct an amount from your refund.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Timeline

We will process your refund within 14 days of either:

  • Receiving the returned goods, or
  • Receiving proof that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier)

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We do not charge any fee for processing refunds.

4.3 What We Refund

  • Product cost: Full purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Standard delivery: We will refund the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option (e.g. express or next-day), we will only refund the cost equivalent to our standard delivery charge

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

5.1 Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

If your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the following rights:

  • Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund
  • Within 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund
  • After 6 months (up to 6 years): You must prove the fault was present at the time of delivery. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund

5.2 Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damage (including packaging)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nexbix.uk@gmail.com
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

5.3 Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are exempt from cancellation and return (unless faulty):

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified after delivery

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary
  3. If you have done both and still not received your refund, contact us at nexbix.uk@gmail.com

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
