1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, and Scottish Highlands may be subject to extended delivery times and additional charges.
We do not currently ship internationally. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
2. Delivery Options & Estimated Times
We offer the following delivery services:

Please Note
Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be longer than usual.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days of being placed
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a dispatch notification with tracking information when it ships
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel with the courier
- Estimated delivery date

5. Delivery Couriers
We use a range of trusted UK couriers, which may include:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- Evri (formerly Hermes)
- Yodel
- Other specialist couriers for larger items
The courier used will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We select the most appropriate service for each shipment.
6. Failed Delivery & Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and you are not available:
- The courier may leave a card with further instructions
- The parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour (at the courier's discretion)
- The parcel may be taken to a local collection point
- A re-delivery will usually be attempted the next working day
If your parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by you. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
8.1 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
8.2 Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbours and any safe places around your property
- Check for a delivery card from the courier
- Allow 48 hours for tracking to fully update
- Contact us if the parcel is still missing - we will investigate with the courier
9. Your Rights on Late Delivery
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- If we agree a specific delivery date and fail to deliver by then, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund
- If no specific delivery date is agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed. If we fail to do so, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund
