  3. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods to you. At this point, a binding contract is formed
  4. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
  • Risk of goods passes to you upon delivery
  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe (or within 30 days if no specific date was agreed), you may cancel and receive a full refund

8. Cancellation and Returns

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Faulty goods can be returned under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
